With about 30 years of experience in organ building, Matthieu Garnier decided to bring his ideas and know-how to people who love manual work.
With the flexibility required in the music instrument making world and the passion he has for sustainable work, he decided to share his expertise with everyone.

Boris Garnier
ガルニエ ボリス
パリのCNAMでコンピュータサイエンス・エンジニアリングの学位を取得した後、オルガンの専門的知識の教育を受けました。
古代の幾何学と木工の知識のもとに、フランスとドイツの伝統的な技術をできる限り残し、よりよいパイプオルガンのコンセプト、デザイン、製作に日々努めています。
兄マテューと共にインスピレーションを高めて、より良い作品を作り上げていきたいと思っています。
After graduating with a degree in computer science engineering (CNAM-Paris), Boris continues his training at the national school for organ builders located near Strasbourg in France.
His solid knowledge in Ancient geometry drawing and woodworking allows him to conceive, design and build instruments with complex cabinet making pieces, mixing technique and know-how of the great French & German tradition.
20 years of practice have given him a solid background and by creating GARNIER-L’ARTISAN with his brother, the idea is to bring the traditional techniques of arts and crafts in to modern or historical inspired creations.
